We carry out drilling projects for a wide range of applications - from private water wells to large-scale public supply systems.
Our services include exploratory drilling for hydrogeological investigations, boreholes for geothermal heat pumps, and remediation wells. We also provide expert assessments, design documentation, and full technical execution, supported by project references from across the Czech Republic.

Planning and permitting – preparation of the hydrogeological assessment, design documentation, securing permits for exploratory drilling, and formal notification of works.
Site preparation – setting out the borehole location, ensuring access for drilling equipment, and protecting the surrounding area (e.g. contamination prevention and site safety measures).
Drilling operations – selection of appropriate drilling methods (rotary, percussion, or combined), drilling to the designed depth based on geological conditions, and maintaining a drilling log and geological profile.
Casing and screen installation – installation of casing (PVC or steel), placement of well screens within the aquifer zone, gravel pack installation, and sealing above the screened interval (e.g. clay seals or cement grouting) to prevent surface water ingress and ensure sanitary protection.
Pumping test – verification of well yield and water quality, including detailed test records.
Borehole logging – geophysical logging to verify construction quality and inflow zones, including downhole video inspection.
Final report – evaluation and documentation of all completed works.
Design documentation for completion and conversion to a water structure – preparation of construction documentation.
Construction phase – installation of a protective wellhead structure (e.g. chamber or vault), installation of the pump, water meter, connection to the distribution system, and installation of a protective cover.
Completion of the water structure – preparation of as-built documentation and submission of all protocols and test results (drilling records, pumping test, water quality analysis).
Commissioning and operation – establishment of a protection zone, routine inspection and maintenance, water sampling, and well rehabilitation as needed.
Key legislation – Water Act No. 254/2001 Coll., Act on Geological Works No. 62/1988 Coll., Mining Act No. 61/1988 Coll., Building Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Decree No. 252/2004 Coll. (on water quality and chemical treatment), and relevant standards including ČSN 75 5115 (well design) and ČSN 75 7143 (water quality), among others.
Energy assessment – evaluation of the building’s heat losses and determination of the required heat pump capacity.
System selection – ground-source systems (vertical boreholes) or water-source systems (abstraction and reinjection wells).
Hydrogeological investigation – assessment of subsurface and groundwater conditions (particularly for water–water systems).
Design documentation – preparation of technical and engineering design.
Regulatory framework – compliance with applicable legislation, including the Water Act (No. 254/2001 Coll.), Building Act (No. 283/2021 Coll.), Mining Act (No. 61/1988 Coll.), Act on Geological Works (No. 62/1988 Coll.), LEX RES I (Act No. 19/2023 Coll.), and related regulations.
Permitting – obtaining permits for water structures and water use, zoning and building permits, and additional approvals as required (river basin authorities, EIA for larger projects, heritage protection, protected landscape areas, etc.).
Installation / construction – drilling and installation of boreholes or wells, and system implementation.
Commissioning and handover – verification of compliance with permits, pressure testing, pumping tests (for water–water systems), and establishment of protection zones.
We deliver complete remediation systems, typically consisting of a larger number of shallow cased or uncased wells. These are designed for groundwater extraction, treatment, and reinjection, as well as for the in-situ application of remediation agents to remove contamination.
