Reporting Misconduct

Misconduct includes activities which could be interpereted or preceived as: 

• Ilicit or illegal 
• In contradiction with the values and principles described in our Code of Ethics and other internal policies 
• Harmful to Photon Energy Group, our employees or contractors, or our reputation as an entrepreneur, competitor and employer 

How to report misconduct

If you have witnessed any misconduct, please contact us via email: compliance@photonenergy.com.

Alternatively, for employees, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders of Czech companies that are part of the Photon Energy Group, it is possible to submit a notification directly to the Ministry of Justice (oznamovatel.justice.cz), however, for the sake of efficiency, we recommend using our internal reporting system, described above
